I'm loading up on the 4/18 CMBS $44 puts due to the skyrocketing delinquency rates in the office CMBS market and the impending economic weakness. I believe this play has tremendous upside as I expect the market won't rally indefinitely, and these puts could print money when the downturn hits.

Given CMBS's strong portfolio and improving market conditions, I expect a significant return on investment by diversifying our portfolio in commercial real estate-backed securities over a 10-month period.
