Boeing recently announced it will cut 10% of its global workforce, or about 17,000 jobs to cut spending and also issued $10 billion in equity securities in the near term to bolster liquidity and ward off cash crunch. They also filed a $25 billion shelf registration Tuesday to offer equity or debt over the next three years and announced a new credit agreement with lenders. The news boosted its stock while yield spreads on outstanding bonds tightened, in a bullish signal from holders of its securities. ✈️

$SMCI recently revealed it’s shipping over 100,000 GPUs per quarter, a figure that could translate into billions of dollars in potential revenue, with GPUs being the core hardware behind AI development and deployment. This morning, someone purchased $140,000 of the $SMCI 10/18 $50 Calls. This is far out-of-the-money/aggressive. Now that the split has taken effect, the options premiums are much more affordable and it appears to be basing out at this demand zone we have drawn up.
